Apparently, it’s easy (and important) every lady must know how to spot if HE (yes, that guy you meet on Halloween) is a warewold or not!!
So, to make your job easier, I’ve searched the internet and found these signs that he is a true warewolf:
* He has a unibrow
* He has hairy palms
* He has tattoos
* He has a long middle finger
Yep! 4 easy detection signs of someone being a warewolf! 3 out of those 4 are pretty common, so I would say that if your new man has hairy palms — BE CAREFUL! That’s just gross anyways, warewolf or not! haha

“The Simpsons” just got a blessing from the Vatican!

Despite the fact that the Simpsons attend the “Presbylutheran” First Church of Springfield, the official Vatican newspaper has declared that beer-swilling, doughnut-loving Homer Simpson and son Bart are Catholics!! Even better, it says that parents should not be afraid to let their children watch “the adventures of the little guys in yellow.”

The newspaper cited a study by a Jesuit priest of a 2005 episode of the show called “The Father, the Son and the Holy Guest Star”. That study concludes that “The Simpsons” is “among the few TV programs for kids in which Christian faith, religion and questions about God are recurrent themes.”

The Simpsons pray before meals, and “in its own way, believes in the beyond,” the newspaper quoted the Jesuit study as saying.

It’s the second time the animated U.S. TV series, which is broadcast in 90 countries, has been praised by the Vatican. I am starting to think that the Pope is a fan!

“The Simpsons” TV producer is baffled and amused at the claim… “We’ve pretty clearly shown that Homer is not Catholic,” he told the entertainment website. “I really don’t think he could go without eating meat on Fridays for even an hour.”

We all now that the Swiss are mad for cheese, but this might be talking their passion for dairy a tad too far!
Rivella sits alongside Coke in the grocery stores. It looks like a normal soft drink BUT look closely at the ingredients… cheese byproduct! WHAT??
Yep — Rivella contains whey (the clear liquid that’s removed from curds during the cheese making process). GROSS!!
Apparently though, it’s sweet and refreshing and quite delicious…. not too sure I’d try! YOU?

Investigating the society that created Hitler, “Hitler and the Germans” is a new exhibition in Berlin’s German Historical Museum. It only opened on Friday and has already seen more than 10,000 visitors walk through its doors!!

I’ve waited in line to see the Anne Frank Museum, so I understand the interest of historical memoribilia, but on average people visiting the exhibition said they had waited as long as 1-1/2 hours to get in. Now that’s determination!

I can grasp the popularity though… it’s the 1st exhibition to explain how a man who lived on the margins of society for 30 years, in Vienna’s men’s hostels, could become an almost mythical leader of the German people and cause such a worldwide war.

One visitor was quoted saying: “I had to queue for about an hour but it was worth it. The exhibition should help people in democratic countries realize that their vote is very valuable.”

I’d definitely see that exhibition if it were to come here… Would you?

I’m surprised no one thought of this before…

It took 3 months for artist Mike Lahue to make a bust of Kevin Bacon out of — you guessed it — bacon!!

The sculpture was auctioned off on EBay to support Ashley’s team — a charity that provides help to families of kids with cancer. The winning bid was 4150.06$!!!!!!!!
I don’t even think it looks like him — I find it has much more of a Conan O’Brien look!
What does one do with this anyways…???

What a great invention!
Because they are not mandatory for adults and, let’s face it, not fashionable — many won’t wear a helmet while cycling… Soon enough, you might not have to!
 A new airbag designed for cyclists has been developed with the aim of preventing head injuries in accidents. How cool is that?!
The Hovding helmet sits as a scarf-looking collar around the cyclists’ neck. In the event of an accident, it inflates in an incredible 0.1 seconds, and leaves the skull and neck of a cyclist completely covered in a protective cushion.
Check out this video of how it works:

How does it work?! The collar is fitted with a sensor which detects sudden movement and inflates the bag using a small helium gas cylinder hidden inside (It’s been tested extensively to ensure it inflates safely and in the correct circumstances — it won’t accidentally inflate if the rider suddenly brakes for example).

Two Swedish industrial design students came up with the idea. Of course, both fashionable ladies! It’s expected to hit shops in the UK early next year and we are hoping it will then come this way!

What a brilliant idea!

I always joked that since I never had one as I kid, I wanted to celebrate one of my milestone adult birthdays at McDonald’s! Well, it looks like instead, I could celebrate my wedding!

Fast food giant McDonald’s is finding a new role for itself in Hong Kong — as a wedding planner! No joke! “McWeddings” will be offered at 3 Hong Kong restaurants as early as next year (they will also host anniversary events if you are already married!).

“People said they’d dated here, or met here, and wanted to get married here . . . We see this as a business chance,” said Cheung, McDonald’s director of corporate communications and relations in Hong Kong. “Traditional weddings use cherries for the newlyweds to eat together and kiss. We will have French fries for them to kiss”.
